Yoga, digital wellness, digital health, and whole-person well-being for students, professionals, organizations, and communities.

Wellness is an essential part of how we sustain clarity, resilience, and connection in a fast-changing world. My approach to wellness is grounded in the belief that well-being supports both personal and professional flourishing and that it should be woven into how we live, learn, lead, and work.

My wellness work integrates yoga, reflective practice, digital wellness, and whole-person well-being.

 

Through classes, workshops, presentations, retreats, and collaborative programming, I create experiences that invite restoration, awareness, and meaningful engagement. I am especially interested in the intersection of wellness, education, leadership, and digital life. In a time of constant connectivity and growing demands, wellness offers practical and restorative tools to help individuals and communities cultivate balance, presence, and sustainable growth.
