Meet Dr. Alexandra Salas
Dr. Alexandra Salas is an educator, strategist, and founder whose work connects digital learning, innovation, global engagement, public policy, and wellness. With experience spanning higher education leadership, teaching, nonprofit development, program design, and cross-sector collaboration, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to building meaningful learning experiences and future-focused initiatives.
She is the Founder and CEO of DelMarVa Digital Learning Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing digital learning, digital wellness, and futures-oriented educational practice. Through this work, Dr. Salas develops programs, partnerships, and professional learning opportunities that help educators, institutions, and communities navigate a rapidly changing landscape with purpose and care.
Dr. Salas has served in academic leadership and teaching roles across higher education and has developed courses, programs, and strategic initiatives in education, business, leadership, and global studies. She is known for connecting vision with implementation and for creating work that is both practical and mission-driven.
