Dr. Salas is the Founder and CEO of DelMarVa Digital Learning Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing digital learning, digital wellness, and futures-oriented educational practice. Through this work, she develops programs, partnerships, and professional learning opportunities that support educators, institutions, and communities in navigating a rapidly changing educational landscape. Her professional background includes leadership roles in higher education, academic innovation, and program development, as well as teaching across business, education, leadership, and global studies.
